Cancelation Policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment by calling us at (747) 744-0101.
Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.
We require a credit card at the time of booking to hold your appointment and will not be charged until after the appointment has been completed
LATE ARRIVALS
In order to respect both our clients and staff's time, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we ask that you call our office.
Client's arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and will be considered as a cancellation.
No Shows
Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged the cancellation fee
